Jacqueline Gulstone, Ph.D., R.N, CNS, FNP-BC, Secretary / Treasurer

Dr. Jacqueline Gulstone is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, a Nurse Entrepreneur, and Assistant Professor of Nursing. She holds a Master’s degree in Nursing, a Doctorate in Health Care Administration and a Fellowship in Leadership and Management. She is also a longtime member of H.E.R.O. and currently serving as the secretary and treasurer of the organization.

Throughout her career Jackie (preferred moniker), has been involved with numerous public health, professional development, humanitarian and other service organizations, contributing significantly to the improvement of health care in underserved communities. Her commitment to the improvement of health care has taken her into diverse communities across the New York tri-state area, as well as the Caribbean and South America. She has traveled to Haiti, Jamaica, and Guyana on numerous occasions volunteering her time and expertise in dozens of medical and humanitarian relief missions. Dr. Gulstone has partnered with numerous organizations and individuals to raise public awareness of healthcare issues and empower communities through improved access to public education. She has worked in acute, long-term, ambulatory care and academia, and regularly participates in panel discussions and community outreach initiatives.
